A private Pilates session is the most effective way to address any issues that are specific to you and your body.
During an initial consultation, we will carry out a brief movement screening in order for us to identify your habitual movement patterns. Based on what we learn about your strength, flexibility, range of movement and body alignment (to name but a few!) we can work together to create a programme which is tailored to your specific needs. Where you go next is up to you - you can continue to do private sessions on a regular or semi-regular basis, or you can slot into one of our group classes (see our timetable for class times.)
